When installing the driver, the USB interface cannot detect the barcode printer

Problem : When installing the driver, the USB interface cannot detect the barcode printer , how to solve .

for example ,  my PC system is win10 , when install the driver , the USB interface cannot detect the barcode printer ,

1,first download the new version driver from webstie .

2,when install the driver , don't choose  USB interface ,  choose  Other option.

choose the printer model you buyed

choose the USB port .

and until  finish install the  barcode driver
